Michael studied Economic History, Media Studies and Business Administration at the Universities of Berne and St. Gallen. He is a social media and marketing professional with a substantial background. He has experience in both traditional marketing / public relations and new media (i.e. web 2.0 and social media) at for-profit as well as not-for-profit organizations. Currently, he is broadening his academic horizon by studying philosophy at Fern Universität Hagen.

Michael lives in Berne and works in Zurich for a leading cloud computing consultancy with offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. He is also a prospective social entrepreneur.
